Delphi Timeline

    Delphi Round 1 Opens

    2 weeks before summit — panelists complete anonymous survey rating candidate criteria and biomarkers.

  2. 2

    Round 1 Closes; Results Analyzed

    Survey data aggregated. Areas of agreement and disagreement identified to focus workshop discussion.

    Live Virtual Workshop

    Half-day structured session with presentations, breakout groups, and live polling.

  4. 4

    Delphi Round 2 Opens

    1 week after summit — panelists re-rate items in light of group discussions.

  5. 5

    Consensus Finalized

    Final agreement levels calculated. Manuscript drafted with all panelists as co-authors.

  6. 6

    Paper Submitted

    Consensus statement submitted to peer-reviewed journal for publication.

This is a closed, methods-focused working meeting, not a public lecture series or media event. All participants are active contributors to the Delphi process and co-authors on the resulting publication.
